Government Building 01

Overnight, a domestic waterline rupture necessitated the removal of all floor finishes and flood-cutting of affected walls. We subsequently restored the interior by replacing drywall, carpet, and other finishes throughout the office space.

Local University

During an emergency service call prompted by Hurricane Helene, Signature Restoration extracted standing water from a 30,000 square foot area with approximately two inches of water accumulation. Following water mitigation, we removed and replaced carpeting throughout the affected space.

Westwood Nursing home

Signature Restoration responded to a sprinkler pipe leak by extracting water and removing saturated materials. Containment was established, and the affected area was treated with an antimicrobial agent, enabling the safe removal of mold-contaminated materials while preventing cross-contamination to unaffected areas.

Dart Building Office Space

Signature Restoration responded to a flood event and performed water extraction services. Upon removal of wet drywall, widespread mold growth was discovered throughout the office space. Our IICRC-certified mold remediation team was immediately deployed to safely remove and dispose of all mold-contaminated materials, ensuring no cross-contamination to unaffected areas.
